About Permit Radius Maps
We prepare certified California public hearing radius maps, County Tax Assessor property owner and occupant schedules, print-ready Avery 5160 mailing labels, and signed preparer affidavits for municipal planning submissions and state licensing agencies.
Engineering Precision for Municipal Entitlements
A public hearing notice package is one of the most frequent points of rejection at California municipal planning counters. A radius drawn from a parcel centroid instead of the exterior property lines, an omitted condominium sub-APN, punctuation on Avery 5160 mailing labels, or an outdated County Assessor roll can delay a Planning Commission or Zoning Administrator hearing by months.
Permit Radius Maps was built to eliminate counter rejections and multi-day drafting bottlenecks. We combine statewide California cadastral parcel geometry across all 58 counties with equalized County Tax Assessor ownership records and automated residential/commercial occupant verification—reviewed and signed by our GIS drafting team within 4 business hours.
Methodology & Quality Standards
- Exterior Boundary Buffering: All notification radii (100', 150', 300', 500', 600', 1,000') are computed outward from the exterior boundary lines of the entire contiguous ownership of the subject site in compliance with California Government Code § 65091.
- Complete Condominium & Multi-Tenant Coverage: Vertical condominium stacks and multi-family apartment parcels are expanded to capture both individual unit owners of record and on-site residential/commercial occupants.
- Counter-Ready Formatting: Every package includes vector PDF radius maps, Excel and PDF ownership schedules, Avery 5160 30-up label sheets in USPS/BTC ALL CAPS format, and an executed preparer certification affidavit.
