MEASUREMENT RULE
Measured outward from the exterior boundaries of the entire contiguous ownership of the subject property. Where the subject site fronts an alley or street, measurement rules follow LADCP Form CP13-2074.
OWNER & OCCUPANT RULE
Both property owners of record (latest LA County Tax Assessor roll) AND residential/commercial on-site occupants ("OCCUPANT") within the specified radius are required.
MAILING LABEL SPEC
Avery 5160 (1" x 2-5/8", 30 labels per sheet), ALL CAPS, no punctuation, with Map Key # and Assessor Parcel Number (APN) on the top line for Better Technology Call (BTC) or city mailing verification.

SPECIFICATION 01

LADCP Form CP13-2074 Map Standards

Maps must be drawn to an engineering scale showing the subject property outlined and labeled as #1, the exact radius boundary line, street names, north arrow, scale bar, and consecutive parcel key numbers corresponding to the ownership schedule.

SPECIFICATION 02

OASIS / Assessor Parcel & BTC Formatting

Every intersecting parcel within the radius must list its 10-digit LA County APN (e.g., 5144-009-042), owner mailing address, and separate site occupant notices formatted to pass BTC (Better Technology Call) intake review on the first submission.

SPECIFICATION 03

6-Month Tax Roll Currency & Certification

Ownership lists must be certified using the latest available County Assessor roll within 6 months of filing. If a hearing is delayed, our $95 Recertification updates the owner roll, labels, and affidavit within 2 hours.
