When you place an order or request a quote, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, subject property address, Assessor Parcel Number (APN), reviewing agency, and permit application details. Payment processing is handled directly by Stripe; we never store raw credit card numbers on our servers.

2. Public Record Cadastral & Assessor Data

Our radius maps and ownership schedules are compiled from public California County Tax Assessor rolls and municipal GIS parcel boundaries pursuant to California Government Code § 65091 and municipal public hearing notification statutes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your contact and project information solely to prepare and deliver your requested radius map, ownership list, Avery 5160 labels, and certification affidavit, to communicate regarding your entitlement filing, and to maintain project archives for 6-month tax roll recertifications.
