Terms of Service

By ordering a public notice radius map package or requesting a quote from Permit Radius Maps, you agree to the following service terms.

1. Scope of Deliverables

Each standard package includes a Scaled GIS Radius Map (PDF), County Tax Assessor Property Owner & Occupant Schedule (Excel & PDF), Print-Ready Avery 5160 Mailing Labels (PDF), and a Signed Preparer Certification Affidavit (PDF) prepared for the specified subject property and radius.

2. Municipal Counter Acceptance Guarantee

If a California municipal planning department, Coastal Commission office, ABC district office, or AQMD reviewer requests any adjustment to the radius calculation, parcel key numbering, label formatting, or certification form, we revise and re-issue the package at no additional charge.

3. Turnaround & Delivery

Standard digital orders placed during California business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT, Monday–Friday) are delivered via email within 4 business hours (or within 2 business hours for Priority Rush orders).

4. Limitation of Liability

Ownership schedules reflect the latest available equalized or supplemental County Tax Assessor roll at the time of preparation. Our total liability for any claim arising from a radius map package shall not exceed the fee paid for that package.
